@szyzes, Closer - Chat, Video, Deal Closer looks cool. Love your website too. Clean, to the point. Didn't see pricing info though. Also, you have plans to license this as a white-label solution? Congrats anyway!
For now current version is free, we have a plan to introduce paid version with extra features in following months ;)
@edward_dennis Drift Video as I understand, are prerecorded videos showing in Drift widget. Closer on the other hand gives you ability to make video calls and screensharing directly from the widget. so at Closer you can capture website visitor, then book a call, and made a call (video, audio, screensharing) in one tool.
@jessehojjensen From what I see the product you refer to is for calling only. So you need to buy a live chat and this product to have both. With Closer, you get both - briefly speaking. You are welcome to try us out and see for yourself :)

Pros:Clean, simple interface with powerful features underneath.
Cons:Minor glitches here and there + not remembering the session. But nothing major.
