I'm sure your devs are highly competent, but where does the 5% number come from? Even if you only accept 1 in 20 applicants, this is a self-selecting group and only represents those devs that are willing to work for your rate.

The app looks nice, congrats with the launch! But I seriously doubt 35$ per hour flat rate which is low even for Eastern Europe, not talking about top people at more expensive western European countries. Also, top 5% is a very bold claim.

Just a little side note, you mean Latin Americans. Latins are either people from Lazio (Rome) or people from Romance-speaking countries in Europe.

Congratulations on the launch 🎉 I am curious to know how do you maintain the quality *while* keeping the price so low for senior engineers in Europe and Latin America? $35/h flat rate is even low for Asian countries. I live in Asia and charge 3x more.
