CloudTalk Go is an essential part of the CloudTalk platform and was built to replace your traditional phone system and help Sales, Support & Operations teams make, receive and track calls directly on your phone. All business communication goes through your CloudTalk number while keeping your personal number private. You don’t need any new hardware, cable, or sim - all you need is a CloudTalk account and your phone.
So what’s new? You will no longer have to unlock your phone, open the app, and pick up the incoming call. Thanks to the Call Kit, your agents can now make and receive calls from the CloudTalk app as if they were regular phone calls while still capturing all call data.
Additionally, we increased the app speed by 30% by switching to React Native and introduced functionalities such as call summary and history, mute option, on-hold function, loudspeaker, call transferring, emotion rating, tags, call notes, or voicemail.
