16+ months bootstrapped with $0 revenue and we still keep going. Above all, we believe that our mission is more critical than ever. We spent 2 months looking for a job, and our experience as candidates was so terrible, that we were curious enough to research further. We found out that it was also terrible for recruiters: long hours screening resumes, disengaged candidates, lots of ghosting, juggling between 4+ tools, new upcoming regulation, .... Hiring is AWFUL! And that's what our mission is about. To make it less awful. To put it in fancy words, our mission is to 'make hiring more convenient and job opportunities accessible'. And we entered a super competitive space, where Linkedin and Indeed "can do" whatever they like. And Workday can't stop acquiring other startups. @anastasiia_stepko we haven't implemented any integration yet. I understand that candidate data is outdated pretty fast, but we're focusing on making such a great candidate experience so that they proactively share their details and update their information continuously 🤗 But we'll look into making some integrations available, it's nice to know that enriching your existing data matters for people! @vitor_pvsoares we're still working on candidate applications. We don't have enough feedback yet on that side to decide what feature to build. We thought to develop AI-based qualifications but so many recruiters told us 'no'... now our team is thinking to launch a research project with universities to make sure we can minimize bias in AI qualifications going forward. Hey, interesting product congrats on the launch. One of the pains for the applicants is long periods of ghosting by the recruiter and no feedback/rejection email if they are not selected. Can Peer help recruiters by automatically generating this and sending it to candidates?

Hi, Alvaro. I just want to drop my two cents on your product “Clous” First off, a great product idea, solving a real-life problem. Well done, Alvaro. There is a huge potential for scalability and growth but I think the headline is the problem which is costing you potential users and conversions as bounces will be high. I noticed the headline itself was kind of confusing and vague because I couldn't get the value proposition straight up at first sight which I think would help you rank better and convert more if revamped. Emphasize who it is for and what they can achieve with it. You can try using use-case positioning for this to make the entire website message simpler, reduce churn, and improve customer experience. Secondly, add a CTA beside the demo video to guide visitors. Lastly, I read where you talked about not having users yet. What if you tell 5 of your friends to explore it for free and use their feedback to write a case study or testimonial? This will help you add more value to the landing page and also build trust. And yes, you called it “Peer” in your header and “clous” on the website. Kinda creates a disconnect. Well, I am rooting for you and hope your product scales soon. All the best. Cheers 🎉
