Operating as a online repair shop for over a year, made us realize that there were no software solution built to help shoe and clothing repair businesses manage their operations, omni-channel sales, orders, etc. So, we built Coblr to fill this gap. We offer order management (online / in-store), customizable point of sale, and customer engagements and messaging.

Hey Emily, Your software for fashion repair shops sounds fascinating. I'm curious, what made you realize there was a need for this kind of specialized software in the repair industry? Have you encountered any unexpected challenges while developing a solution for this niche market? Congrats on the launch! By the way, feel free to drop by our YepAI post and leave a comment or upvote. We'd really appreciate it!

@kyrylosilin We spoke to repair shops across the US and noticed that everyone was using generic tools built for basic retail / ecommerce, which was resulting in inefficient operations. Considering the market dynamics (increase in resale industry, consumers shifts towards sustainable options, and pressure on brand to be more circular) repair shops are drowning in demand, which is exacerbated by the imperfect tech solutions they are using.

I love the mission to make repair mainstream again. Including templates or guides for setting up and customizing the software for different types of fashion repairs could be really useful.

Are we really expecting people to switch from their current systems to yet another software, shoe and clothing repair isn't that complicated, why don't you focus on a simpler, cheaper version instead
