Hey hunters! First time submission here, so don't be too harsh please 😊 A bit of a pre-story - I was managing a couple of teams through COVID-19 pandemic, and once the restrictions were lifted in Germany, I noticed that while many enjoyed the freedom of home office, others naturally preferred to work from the office some days of the week. I would sometimes come to the office too, to find just one or two of my colleagues in the whole office, and it naturally felt like a waste of time - no one consistently knew who's in the office and who's working from home. Until I realized that it was simply a problem of transparency and communication (isn't it all?) - so I set out to build a simple tool to allow hybrid teams to better coordinate in-person days, and to optimize office space usage. Much of offices around the globe are massively underutilized simply because companies can't coordinate the flexible office space well enough. You could reduce your office size ("rightsizing"), and maximize its usage with Coday. This project grew out of the problem my company and I faced, and I am sure it will be helpful to any company that has a hybrid team (or 100).

One potential suggestion - it would be great to have a feature that suggests the best meeting spots (like coffee shops or libraries) near each team member. @manmohit Thank you very much! This makes total sense, I actually have a similar idea in the works - to coordinate meeting in nearest coworking spaces and book them as a group!

Great idea for Hybrid teams. I am more of a fan of either full in office or full remote but hybrid is good too!

Why is this superior to just messaging? If you’re in on certain days you don’t need an app to coordinate

My team works remotely and has a problem about when to meet in person. As a result we set core time once in a week. This app looks really help ful to gather in person casually!
