We're excited to introduce Codecademy Workspaces, an online IDE that lets Codecademy learners code on their own—without step-by-step direction—in their browser with 13 popular languages and libraries. This was previously a Pro feature that we made free for all Codecademy learners at all skill levels. Workspaces is the perfect place to practice with code and build projects/experience without moving off platform, and we see it as an essential tool to help learners become more confident and competent with code to pursue their next developer job or upskill. Workspaces comes with the ability to share your code with anyone who has a Codecademy account. You can also fork projects and exercises into a personal workspace to experiment!
