In 2.5 years there I've met more than a 100 people, across the 6 continents, and even stayed in contact with some of them. You can also earn a decent sum of extra money there.

Pros:

It's a great place to help students learn programming and meet quite amazing people. I love it there!

Cons:

I recently noticed an influx of developers from less developed countries working for very little, so I'm afraid it can turn to Upwork.

Great service, one can tell. @weitingliu: Yet I'd like to understand whether you have or not any enterprise-level package, since most of the times companies who use these kinds of services need to assure their data is uncompromised - which ultimately it means their code should not be spread around. Or is this not the kind of customer you're targeting? :) Thanks!

Very happy with my experiences with CodeMentor

Pros:

As a developer I like how it brings me closer to the product owner. I get to hear from the customer how their product works.

Cons:

When I had joined CodeMentor they were offering a BitCoin payout option. They had to unfortunately remove that option
