Hi PH! πŸ‘‹ This is Claudia from the CodyHouse team. Since we started CodyHouse 5 years ago, we've been asked to create a framework so that our code snippets could be used together. That's what we have been working on during the last year. We have shipped a complete Design System structured in three main sections: - βš™οΈ Framework, a lightweight (8KB minified and gzipped) front-end framework for building accessible, bespoke interfaces; - πŸ“¦ Components, a library of 100 (and growing) free, accessible, progressively enhanced, HTML, CSS, JS components that work seamlessly with the Framework; - πŸš€ Global Editors, a collection of web design tools to create and export typography elements, color themes, spacing rules, buttons and forms compatible with the Framework. What's next? Our long term plan is creating an ever-growing library of resources for web designers. Expect more components, experiments, and learning material. Feel free to join the conversation. We'd love to hear your feedback on what we have created so far!πŸ‘

@andrea_ballan Grazie Andrea!

Decent start. The globals setup is nice, and I think it's good to separate out components into just what you need rather than including it all, although I think a checkbox Bootstrap approach would be better. I was hoping this framework would integrate a little more easily with all the great CodyHouse experiments I've come to know and love, but there's no special integrations there.

@chrisweiser Hi Chris. Thanks for your feedback! We are planning on including a way to select components from our library and export them as a single project. This feature should be available in a couple of months. About the experiments: we have started updating their code to make them compatible with the framework. You can find the list of experiments that we have already updated here: https://codyhouse.co/library?s=f... There's still some work to do, but we should get there soon! Cheers.

@chrisweiser @romano_cla does that mean PRO won't be available for a few more months? If that is true, are there templates coming in the before then?
Claudia Romano
@mccfrenchfries Hi Michael. We don't have a date for the Pro yet, but we're working full-time on this. Our estimation would be ~ 2 months, but it could be sooner. We have released our first (free) template Virgo that you could take a look at: https://github.com/CodyHouse/vir... Cheers!
