Hey Product Hunt! 🎉 We’ve spent the past year chatting to hundreds of support teams. One thing became pretty clear – the biggest priority for support teams across the board was to service customers better and faster at a lower cost, and the best way to deliver that was automation. We also heard that existing automation solutions (Zendesk Answers, Salesforce Einstein) tend to be ineffective because they usually send the wrong information to customers even after months are spent analyzing tickets and writing help content. That’s why we’ve built Cohere from the ground up with a different approach to support automation: * Cohere uses the latest advances in LLMs and NLP tech to process and understand support tickets, making sure that your customers are getting the right answers. * We offer a hybrid approach between agent-driven and fully automated support, providing the best of both worlds * More importantly, Cohere uses generative AI to extract answers from past tickets (after human approval, of course), ensuring that your agents never have to answer the same question twice. After working with leading support orgs (like Rippling, Ramp and OpenPhone) to automatically resolve 40-70% of their support tickets over chat, we’re now launching our support assistance product for all text-based channels across popular service desks, starting off with Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
