Hi Product Hunt! Patrick and I are thrilled to launch Gatsby. We created this app after realizing that while AI is reshaping the workforce, uniquely human skills like relationship building, emotional intelligence, and personal growth are more critical than ever to get right. Gatsby takes a holistic approach to development through three core pillars:
- Professional growth (networking, leadership, communication)
- Social development (active listening, relationship building, empathy)
- Personal evolution (time management, self-awareness, discipline and grit)
Our proprietary scoring system makes Gatsby unique (think: credit score for personal development) which helps you benchmark your growth and keeps you accountable. Each challenge has clear objectives, timeframes, and measurable outcomes. we're shortly launching "Peer reviews" which will allow users to get direct feedback from their friends and co-workers for a critical 360 check-up.
