Conflux provides you with a structured feedback loop that allows for your customers to be heard and understood. Tune in to every source youโ€™ve got and quantify your feedback with custom filters and views. Then post ideas on your public idea board for your customers to interact with by voting on ideas or providing you with more feedback.

Prior to Conflux we used Google Sheets to manage feature requests and frequency. Now everything is run through our own public Conflux page, giving users visibility on their requests and us the ability to easily send dev updates to 100s of users at a time.

Integrations with our support stack means that any team member can send the paper trail of comms to Conflux so there's more context for the Product Managers when requests come in.

All in all it's a great tool and team, highly recommend

Pros:

Super simple to use, great integrations into the tools the support team use everyday, fast support

Cons:

They've honestly addressed everything we've asked for during the beta :)

Thanks a lot Murat! It's been a pleasure working with you on this. We can't wait what's to see what's next ๐Ÿš€

We've been using Conflux for several months now, and it's been great. Before Conflux we were tagging users in Intercom, which was quite error prone.

The Intercom integration is awesome. We frequently get feature requests that are already logged in Conflux, and I can send the user a link (or place a vote) directly from Intercom.

I've experienced a handful of minor bugs, but that's to be expected of any new product. What I'm really impressed by is the team's speed in resolving those bugs. You can tell they really care about their customers and making a great product ๐Ÿ‘

If you're trying to use spreadsheets, Trello, or Intercom to manage feedback ad feature requests, just stop โ€” and start using Conflux ๐Ÿ™‚

Pros:

Intercom chat integration, simple to use, ability to post/email updates to idea supporters, private feedback, custom domain

Cons:

Nothing major

Nice product. Weโ€™re using it at Froala for creating the roadmap and sharing it with the users. https://wysiwyg-editor-roadmap.f.... Would love to see possibility o creating a custom menu, and setting metas.
Vincent te Beek
@st3fan Thanks for using Conflux Stefan! We'll get in touch to work those requests out :-)

Conflux is great - been using them for over a year now. Great team, and product - it does what it promises, and does it well.

@batsirai Thank you Batsirai! Been a pleasure working with you ๐ŸŽ‰

As Murat has said, we've been using it for a while now and before that we were using Google Sheets. Having a single place where ideas are managed and talked about and updated without having to faff around with rows and columns (spreadsheets are good but not THAT good) is wonderful.

I use it about once a week, I filter all the feedback in the last week and comb through it for stuff that I can give to the team and organise into ideas to help inform our backlog.

Thanks for everything so far Vincent and the team :)

Pros:

Extremely easy to use. Easy to get back in touch with users who've left feedback to get more info. Filters ๐Ÿ‘Œ Support has been ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Cons:

Only thing that's missing for me is a handy way to merge two ideas - but support have been helpful with this too.

I know there are other apps in this market but this was the one Invoice Quick started using right away. Vincent was so nice to give us beta access and we have tons of good feedback about our product just thanks to Conflux. I recommended this software to a friend and they use it for their Amelia Booking Wordpress plugin. Awesome people behind it, you should try it.

Pros:

- Learning what features you should develop next

- Awesome people behind product ๐Ÿ‘

Cons:

Haven't used it that much to know cons, but no one had any bad comments.

Vincent te Beek
It's been great to see Invoice Quick and Amelia grow in terms of activity on the public boards, keep it up and thanks for trusting in us through the early days :+1:

I like Conflux better than similar tools because instead of users submitting ideas that are immediately available for other users to see/vote on, they submit feedback directly to you, which you can attach to an existing idea to be voted on or create a new idea for public vote (or perhaps handle a different way, such as creating a support ticket). Plus with the Zapier integration you can connect this easily to other tools and I like the native slack integration.

Pros:

Great interface, custom domain, great backend integrations

Cons:

None

Hi Product Hunt! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Weโ€™re super excited ๐ŸŽ‰ to be here (thanks @mutlu82!) It has been quite the journey and thanks to some of our early users weโ€™ve come this far. Marvel has been a very interesting use case and weโ€™re very happy with the results so far. We canโ€™t wait for more companies to sign on so we can help them create more value for their users by having their input at their finger tips. Weโ€™ll be here for the rest of the day to answer any questions or just to talk about feedback, ask us anything! P.S. To celebrate our PH launch, we're giving away 20% off on any plan for a year. Just use code: PRODUCTHUNT to redeem it!

Great to see your launch on PH @arvalaan ! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰ We intensively used the product back then at N26, highly recommended ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
Vincent te Beek
@enzo_avigo Hey Enzo! Good to hear from you. Thanks again for being such awesome early access customers. Working together with N26 really shaped our product for mass feedback management ๐Ÿ™

Fresh design, I liked it! How is different from https://canny.io/ ?
Sijmen Vos
@nicetr Hi Osman, thank you for the compliments! At Conflux we have "feedback" and "ideas". Feedback is everything that comes in from your users and is always private. This means not all comments will be visible to the public. You can create ideas out of the suggestions and attach them to the feedback. You decide what ideas you publish on your public idea board, where with Canny this process is community driven.

Nice product. Isn't it similar to https://hellonext.co ?

Congrats on the launch! What you've built looks great. I'm curious: what prompted you to start building Conflux? At Continually, we've been using ProductBoard to capture feedback and learn about how users are thinking about our roadmap. How should we think about Conflux as an alternative choice for that job?
Vincent te Beek
@paulmckeever Hi Paul! Thanks a lot. We started building Conflux because of our annoyances with giving away control over your roadmap. Product like UserVoice that aim to market themselves as self serving where customers create the ideas themselves and a company just takes a look once in a while when they're out of ideas themselves. In Conflux we have a clear separation between feedback (anything sent to you by your users) and ideas (features you've come up with to tackle feedback). Regarding ProductBoard, I'm not going to lie, they've done an outstanding job. We believe Conflux excels at the management part of feedback, allowing you to easily group things together with custom filters, powered by automation rules. Next to that we think our public board just works better in terms of keeping a better overview for your users and thus for you. Edit: If you want we can set up a demo so we go through a bit more in depth!
Alexandra Persea
Congrats on the launch! ๐Ÿ™‚ I'm curious what made you guys decide to go for personalized subdomains instead of a widget like most services out there(Intercom/Hotjar/Survicate, etc)
Vincent te Beek
@alexandrapersea Hi Alexandra! We're actually not like those services, we do integrate with them. Intercom, Hotjar, Survicate etc are what we call "Feedback sources". Next to those you also have your default social media and perhaps an email address on which you'd receive feedback. With Conflux you can group all of those sources together and come up with ideas to tackle that feedback. Hope I've answered your question with this, if you have anything else for us let me know!
Emilio Sanchez
Congrats on the launch! I know about this product from a game called "startup company. Loved the UI Design and I think the emotion analysis is a great feature. I just wish you had a free plan with just the super basic features to try it on opensource projects, but overall this is great. Congrats!
Vincent te Beek
@emileond Hey Emilio, we can offer you a free account for Open Source projects. Simply get in touch through Intercom ๐Ÿ˜‰

We definitely see the potential in Conflux that we decided to implement it into our tool.

Pros:

Easy for the user to share their feedback, easy to visually see what the top needs are which makes it easy to focus on what to develop next.

Cons:

Canโ€™t think of anything off the top of my head. Definitely give Conflux a go if you havenโ€™t already. ;)

Thomas Grรถmer
Great Software. Exactly what I wanted. Using it with Intercom is great! I had small technical problems twice and their support fixed it in minutes! I am blown away!
