Conflux provides you with a structured feedback loop that allows for your customers to be heard and understood. Tune in to every source youโve got and quantify your feedback with custom filters and views. Then post ideas on your public idea board for your customers to interact with by voting on ideas or providing you with more feedback.
We've been using Conflux for several months now, and it's been great. Before Conflux we were tagging users in Intercom, which was quite error prone.
The Intercom integration is awesome. We frequently get feature requests that are already logged in Conflux, and I can send the user a link (or place a vote) directly from Intercom.
I've experienced a handful of minor bugs, but that's to be expected of any new product. What I'm really impressed by is the team's speed in resolving those bugs. You can tell they really care about their customers and making a great product ๐
If you're trying to use spreadsheets, Trello, or Intercom to manage feedback ad feature requests, just stop โ and start using Conflux ๐
Pros:Intercom chat integration, simple to use, ability to post/email updates to idea supporters, private feedback, custom domain
Cons:Nothing major
As Murat has said, we've been using it for a while now and before that we were using Google Sheets. Having a single place where ideas are managed and talked about and updated without having to faff around with rows and columns (spreadsheets are good but not THAT good) is wonderful.
I use it about once a week, I filter all the feedback in the last week and comb through it for stuff that I can give to the team and organise into ideas to help inform our backlog.
Thanks for everything so far Vincent and the team :)
Pros:Extremely easy to use. Easy to get back in touch with users who've left feedback to get more info. Filters ๐ Support has been ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ
Cons:Only thing that's missing for me is a handy way to merge two ideas - but support have been helpful with this too.
I know there are other apps in this market but this was the one Invoice Quick started using right away. Vincent was so nice to give us beta access and we have tons of good feedback about our product just thanks to Conflux. I recommended this software to a friend and they use it for their Amelia Booking Wordpress plugin. Awesome people behind it, you should try it.
Pros:- Learning what features you should develop next
- Awesome people behind product ๐
Cons:Haven't used it that much to know cons, but no one had any bad comments.
I like Conflux better than similar tools because instead of users submitting ideas that are immediately available for other users to see/vote on, they submit feedback directly to you, which you can attach to an existing idea to be voted on or create a new idea for public vote (or perhaps handle a different way, such as creating a support ticket). Plus with the Zapier integration you can connect this easily to other tools and I like the native slack integration.
Pros:Great interface, custom domain, great backend integrations
Cons:None
We definitely see the potential in Conflux that we decided to implement it into our tool.
Pros:Easy for the user to share their feedback, easy to visually see what the top needs are which makes it easy to focus on what to develop next.
Cons:Canโt think of anything off the top of my head. Definitely give Conflux a go if you havenโt already. ;)
Ballpark
Prior to Conflux we used Google Sheets to manage feature requests and frequency. Now everything is run through our own public Conflux page, giving users visibility on their requests and us the ability to easily send dev updates to 100s of users at a time.
Integrations with our support stack means that any team member can send the paper trail of comms to Conflux so there's more context for the Product Managers when requests come in.
All in all it's a great tool and team, highly recommend
Pros:Super simple to use, great integrations into the tools the support team use everyday, fast support
Cons:They've honestly addressed everything we've asked for during the beta :)
