Awesome book from @hnhshah! 46-page epic on product development that's really helpful for anyone trying to build great products by constantly learning and getting better at what they do.

Looks awesome @hnshah! Are there any companies out there whose products development practices you admire?

@brianmwang Facebook on the very large b2c side, Intercom on B2B and many other smaller companies who just experiment and iterate on product really deliberately.

This looks like an insanely awesome book. Full of actionable advice tailored around building out a process for building better products. Massive, but eminently readable.

Thanks @hnshah for this extremely comprehensive guide! Did any of these habits prove more difficult to develop and implement with your product teams than the others over the years? Would be great to learn from your hindsight if special attention needs to be paid to any of these practices in particular.

@kerry_p_doyle it's very much dependent on your team. Start small and make them repetitive so they actually become habits. Incorporating more documentation is a good start. Finding ways to include important habits during weekly product meetings helps too.

Brilliant. Especially loved the section on documentation FTW! Would love to help you promote this on guides.co @hnhshah

Such a great idea to make products go faster. We definitely need to incorporate this at my work.
