Copilot is a modern client portal built for service firms. With Copilot Automations, service businesses can use our API and Zapier to automate client intake, sync CRMs, backup files, and connect 100s of external products.
Hi everyone. Marlon here, cofounder and CEO at Copilot.
We launched Copilot (https://www.copilot.com/), a modern client portal for service business, on PH in January. We're now back 6 months later with Copilot Automations -- a new way to set up seamless workflows with our API or with Zapier. For example, you can:
1/ Design an onboarding experience where leads can self-serve sign up, are greeted by an automatic welcome message, are assigned an intake form, and have files/folder automatically uploaded for them.
2/ Set up an always-on form where clients can submit tickets, and then the form submission data is sent to a product like Trello/Airtable/Linear for internal task assignment.
3/ Automatically create and invite clients to your portal when opportunities are closed in HubSpot/Salesforce.

Congrats on the launch!

Nice to see this product capable of automating with all kinds of tools. I use Copilot for my business and this will save me a ton of time. It’s only getting better from here 📈😁 Good Job guys!
@neilraina For sure, when clients sign up from my website, I use a form instead so I can grab info from them, this way their account gets created and gets sent an invite all at once. And the data is added to a line in notion as well!
This helps with specific sign up buttons on my subscription table. So I can invoice them the correct subscription.
I’m also gonna add here soon that files get added to their folder for initial contracts like terms of service and what not.
