I've had the chance to see the product develop over the past couple years. So much effort and attention to detail put into the design and development to create a better experience for contractors. Our common customers who are contractors love it! They can easily change out the pricing of a component (or the component itself) and it will automatically update the pricing of the entire project. Makes it so easy to make adjustments to project costs quickly and easily. Big props to Mike, Dave and the team! Awesome product.

The product was built to scratch our own itch. Mike ran a 35 employee contracting company and had to figure out a "fool proof" way to allow his employees to build and send construction estimates. Dave had 3 major remodel projects done and felt firsthand the pain and frustration from a consumer perspective. It makes no sense that the typical residential construction project is a very high ticket price item and yet the estimate is static and vague. The consumer has to agree upfront to the estimate without even knowing their selections (i.e. type of cabinets, countertops, backsplash, etc). Instead, the consumer is forced to drive all around their city making their selections without knowing the impact it will have on the overall price. For the first time contractors can build and send interactive, accurate estimates in minutes and consumers can finally make their selections right at the point of sale and see the impact on price in real-time. CostCertified is a game changer for residential construction.

This can disrupt the outdated renovation services industry. Well done!
