Hi everyone! 👋
First I would like to send super BIG thanks 🙏 to @chrismessina for hunting the product
😎I am the developer of AI based Internal link builder. I have built several products and this is my best attempt so far as I bring my data visualization experience and blend it into CrawlSpider. In simple words, it is a WordPress plugin to simplify and automate internal link building and grow your long tail organic traffic.
🤔Internal link building is a labor intensive and time consuming task. It is a low hanging fruit that does not require you to spend money for acquiring links. Orphan pages, broken links, lazy anchor text (click this, click here) are some of the common issues every website faces.
🙌CrawlSpider link builder excellently solves this problem. The crawler starts accumulating all your important pages, breaks it into tokens and creates long form anchor text suggestions. As a website owner you simply approve or reject the suggestions. All approved links are then implemented for you. It keeps working silently in the background.
😍Benefits: Save time and manual labor, Improve Google Rankings, Hands Off link building, Powerful reports and visualizations
👉Features: SEO Audit, Link Audit, Fix broken links, Auto Linking, Anchor Text Audit, Long Tail keywords
👉I have bought several internal link building plugins myself and there is still a manual labor involved going into each page and initiating the link discovery process. I have tested this plugin in all of my websites and one WooCommerce store with 400 products. I am seeing great improvement in the indexing and the search console is showing more queries for the long tail keywords.
👉The interactive visualizations are cherry on the top. Imagine visualizing your entire website's link architecture in one screen and understand the inbound, outbound, category pages, internal pages, external pages.
👊But we're not stopping there! Our roadmap includes exciting features like OpenAI integration, search console integration, External link suggestion for authority citation and much more
💡CrawlSpider is born out of our own experiences and frustrations with link building and we're determined to solve this pain for everyone.
🤝We're always here to help, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, ideas, or feedback.
💰 TRY CrawlSpider Link Builder today. We have a Lifetime Deal going on for short period!
Once again, a big thank you for @chrismessina

I'd love to learn more about your product. Could you provide additional details on the following aspects:

@dadtoor Great questions! Thank you for your questions.
Target Audience: Established WordPress sites with more than 20 (pages+posts+products). It works irrespective of the niche. The articles on the site should be topically relevant. If each page talks about silo'd subject then it would be difficult for the algorithm to find relevant context and suggest link connections.
Competitive Edge: This plugin is designed to be totally hands off and it is designed to create long tail keyword anchor texts. Broken link checker will scan all your internal and external links and also the the tags and category pages.
The most stand out feature is the data visualization. https://www.crawlspider.com/docs...
Implementation: This is as easy as installing any plugin on wordpress. All the default values are adjusted to the prime performance so all the site owner is required is to review and start the scan.
The good part is once installed the plugin will keep working. Say you add a new article, then the engine will detect it and overnight find the best suggestions and send you an email to review the matches. All the owner has to do at this point is approve or reject the match suggestions. You don't need to go to individual post and scavenge for the best looking anchor text. It is all done for you plugin.
I hope this answered your questions. Feel free to ask me more.
Thank you once again.
@dadtoor Once again I am glad and thank you for your questions
Here are some additional clarifications
**Could you share any success stories or examples of websites where this plugin has made a significant impact?
We do have several success stories since we started early testing with select website owners. We will be compiling them and publishing on our website.
With CrawlSpider, there are multiple levels of success a website owner can attain.
1. Time saving: Imagine having to interlink a 500+ or 1000+ product website. It would take lot of painstaking manual reading of all the descriptions, taking note of important phrases, putting them in a spreadsheet and then go to each product and create the links.
Even if you used chatGPT or openAI api to create suggestions for you, you would still need someone to go in and add the links.
This is the first level of benefit and immediate Return on Investment.
The second level of success comes as search engines starts indexing all your prior orphan pages. They will start ranking and bring more customers and generate more revenue.
Competitive Edge and Hands-Off Approach:
**The focus on creating long-tail keyword anchor texts is intriguing. How does CrawlSpider determine which keywords to target? Is it based on existing content or some other criteria?
CrawlSpider breaks down the article. It collects all the keywords and keyphrases using NLP and scores each keywords. This is used to create a context for each page. This is then used during the link discovery phase where each candidate page is checked for relevant context and then it creating entries in the match table.
The NLP algorithm is designed to break down super long sentences into meaningful "just long enough" keyphrases. This is how it can find juicy anchor text suggestions. Check this video where it explains the process in some details https://www.crawlspider.com/docs...
**Regarding the broken link checker, does it also provide recommendations for fixing those broken links? And how does it handle tags and category pages?
Right now it focuses on detecting and alerting broken links. This is a very good question. In future, maybe CrawlSpider can help regenerate the content of the broken link or the feature that we have in our roadmap to suggest external links can fix those broken links.
Tags and category pages are treated just like any other page on the website. They don't have an associated article within WordPress so they don't give out any links and don't receive any links.
Data Visualization:
**The link you shared for the data visualization examples is impressive! Being able to visualize the entire link architecture is undoubtedly valuable. Are there any plans to enhance or expand these visualizations further?
Yes absolutely. The plan is to bundle the https://www.infocaptor.com for advanced reporting and visualization. I may be getting ahead of myself but I fancy my imagination where one can simply use the Visualization to add or remove links using the graph. "Let me click on this node and connect to this node and provide an anchor text. If I don't like a particular link, simple select it in the graph and mark it for deletion"
Implementation and User Experience:
**The simplicity of installation is a plus. For users who might be new to WordPress plugins, is there any onboarding assistance or documentation available?
Yes users can reach out and we can assist via web meeting. We have good video tutorials and constantly updating our documentation.
**When a new article is added, how quickly does CrawlSpider detect it and generate suggestions? Is it an automated process, or does the user need to trigger a scan?
The background crawler runs every 5 minute. If there is no new article then it goes into hibernation. As soon a new article is added to WordPress, it comes out of hibernation and in the next 5 minutes, it will start process workflow (scan the article, break into keyphrases, score the keywords, launch link discovery, run auto rules against it and so on)
Approval Workflow:
**The email-based approval process sounds convenient. Can users customize the frequency of these notifications? For instance, can they choose to receive daily or weekly summaries?
Right now it sends a daily email of broken links and new link suggestions for review purpose. We may add the option to provide weekly summaries.
**How does CrawlSpider handle scenarios where multiple suggestions are generated for the same anchor text? Does it prioritize or consolidate them?
This is also a great question. A single anchor text can generate only one link suggestion. On the other hand, an article can generate multiple suggestions to the same target page.
This is because a keyword rich article will have more keyphrases that can match to the target page. In such case, only the top scoring suggestion is presented to the user for review.
If the user rejects the suggestion, the next in line suggestion is presented. If the user rejects a suggestion, then that anchor text is made available for other target pages.
Future Enhancements:
The roadmap features, especially OpenAI integration and external link suggestions, sound exciting.
**Could you elaborate on how OpenAI will be integrated? What kind of insights or recommendations can users expect from it?
This would be to fix thin pages and regenerate anchor text for existing links and new link suggestions.
Your questions are helping us, send them more 😊
Thank you
