As a speaker and someone who is always on calls, Credible helps me better communicate my thoughts without using filler words. I've eliminated any "ums" in my speech and now it's time to eliminate "you know".

This is such an inventive way to use existing technology to solve a real problem that is holding people back.

As someone who does a fair amount of public speaking myself, this is something I'm hyper aware of. So when someone else adds more filler words than substantive ones ... it drives me nuts. I LOVE this! Really cool brain training approach 🥳

Do you all want to know what my bizarre filler word is that I always get teased for? Apparently, I say "essentially" like a ridiculous amount of times when I'm explaining something. Luckily I don't type that way, but my speech needs a little work. This product definitely gets an upvote from me! Maybe it'll help...

This is a great idea. I've witnessed a coworker tally a presenter's filler words on paper as the person was speaking and it rattled the presenter. Having the feedback come from an app would go a long way towards making the feedback feel impartial/helpful. I also like that you can add your own filler words!

hum I think I need this, like, you know More seriously, the app is meant to listen to everything you say, all day? How do you handle user data?

@julien_opilot Good question. Everything is done in real time on device, and nothing saved or sent to the cloud.

Hit the upvote because, really, we've all been there—mid-presentation, trapped in a loop of 'like' and 'um,' wishing we sounded as smart as we know we are. A real-time nudge to cut the clutter? Yes please. I'm curious though, does it work for off-the-cuff conversations too, or is it more for rehearsed talk? Because sometimes, it's those impromptu chats where "um" loves to make an unwanted cameo.
