We've spent the last 18 months working on this product. Initially we wanted to create something that was mechanically innovative - like an automatic litter box that didn't require power. However after multiple iterations, it felt like we were over engineering for a simple task. Ultimately - we realized that the scoop is a really important factor to a good litter box, yet most companies include a cheap flimsy scoop as an afterthought. So we decided to focus on making super high quality tools that integrated perfectly into one simple object.
