Hey Product Hunters! 🎉 Amine here with the incredible Crew team: Ruben, Diane, Benjamin, Thibaut, Arthur, Nicolas, Lucas, and Pierre. We're beyond excited to present our latest build: the Crew Chrome Extension! A massive thanks to @mwseibel for hunting us! Before launching Crew, I was a freelance recruiter, and helped many great startups building their teams. I've experienced firsthand the challenges of recruiting on LinkedIn. Some of the struggles include:   🤦‍♂️ Manual tasks: Copy-pasting talent information (name, current job, etc.) from LinkedIn to the ATS   🤦‍♂️ Messaging: Manually customizing message templates from Notion, before personalizing them (erase FirstName, paste talent’s name… rings a bell? 😅)   🤦‍♂️ Reminders: Adding reminders to my calendar for follow-ups   🤦‍♂️ Lack of transparency: LinkedIn messages are one-to-one, making it difficult to share talent replies with the team   🤦‍♂️ Lack of collaboration: No easy way to mention team members or add comments directly on LinkedIn, requiring additional communication on Slack   🤦‍♂️ Missing tracking features too: Difficulty in determining candidates' pipeline stages and tracking communication history that happened outside of LinkedIn (emails)  🤦‍♂️ No indication if a candidate is already in the ATS, leading to duplicate outreach and a poor candidate experience  These issues inspired the development of the Crew Recruiting Chrome Extension, which addresses these pain points and streamlines the recruitment process:   🖱 One-click talent addition from any website   ✨ Find talent’s email & phone number   💌 Multi-channel sequences (email+LinkedIn) for higher reply rates   📤  Custom templates for quick personalized messaging   📥  Seamless LinkedIn inbox syncing with Crew ⚡️ Candidate history, reminders, and comments   🏷 Candidate tagging to avoid duplicate outreach Your feedback means the world to us, so please share your thoughts, experiences, and any feature requests you may have!
