Have you had any customers switch from Intercom? The Intercom pricing is getting way too expensive, hence we are looking to switch.

Hey @pierregodret, thank you for your question. Globally, we offer the same level of feature. Some of our features are deeper, some of theirs are deeper. It depends on what you're looking. If you're a big company, Intercom is definitely the best solution. If you're an SMB, Crisp would totally fit.

I'm using the Crisp free version. I used to be able to see what a user was typing (not in all cases but in most). Now, I see only blurred text. Is that a bug or was it taken out of the free version?

I love your pricing model, it is super generous as most plans crush you on users. A few questions about integrations. Do you plan on integrating with the following in the future - Dialogflow, Avochato, Manychat, MailChimp. Also do you have an open API to build custom integrations?
