This is my very first Product Hunt launch and I'm super excited to introduce you to my latest Notion Dashboard.
As a Head of Customer Success, I'm well aware of how unpredictable the day in the life of a CSM can be, switching from success planning to putting out a fire with a customer and everything in between.

I would say that the hardest part was to make sure that the dashboard captures all the moving pieces in a CSM's day-to-day while keeping it simple and easy to use to ensure it will actually add value to a CSM's life and not create more work.

I think this offers a great framework to support all customer services activities and can be used in the early design phase to plan ahead and embed CSM needs in the product/service design. Well done, a very comprehensive product!
