Awesome work @gvrizzo Just purchased a licence for CSS Scan and I'm looking forward to using as part of my workflow πŸ‘πŸ»

WebChun
@gvrizzo I have 2.4.4 version on my browser. Is it the latest one? Anyway, one suggestion, please add font size setting, because sometimes for elements with alot of properties, we can't see all properties in a small screen (for me 13' mbp).
Guilherme Rizzo
@webchun Hey! Yes, that is the latest one. Good idea, will put it on the roadmap!
Yuyu
Just bought this. Can't believe how I missed version 1. Good stuff here.
Guilherme Rizzo
@swsalim Thank you so much for supporting my work!
Scott Lewis
@gvrizzo this is such an awesome tool. If I purchase license and use it on Chrome and Firefox on the same computer is that one activation of the license or two?
Guilherme Rizzo
@scottcents Hi, Scott! That would count as two activations, but right now we have a new system where you can manage your activations easily, deactivating and reactivating when needed. https://mycssscan.com

Congrats my brother! Still wondering how you could still be shipping stuff while traveling all the time! P/s: waiting for Safari extension 😜
Guilherme Rizzo
@wfxyz Thank you brother! Haha, the secret is coconut coffee. Safari coming soon :)
Guilherme Rizzo
@wfxyz Hey Wafiq! We just launched Safari support, this is a free update for current customers! πŸŽ‰

Been using this since the early release and one thing I could say is that "dope & easy to use product"! :) Congrats man! @gvrizzo
Guilherme Rizzo
@menjilx Haha, true! Thank you for the comment, Menj :D
Haoyang Feng
@gvrizzo What's the use case for this?
Guilherme Rizzo
@haoyangnz ✨ CSS Scan is especially useful for: - Discovering how your favorite websites are styled; - Debugging your own code; - Moving your codebase; - Copying specific elements from frameworks/themes/templates to use them without importing huge CSS files.
Joulse
The V1 was simply perfect. How can we do better? @gvrizzo just did πŸ’ͺ

Rowe Morehouse
Hey @gvrizzo … on your buy page there is always a special deal, for example today it says "🎁 Save 14% - National Beer Day Deal - only until April 12" … where do you get this widget / service? … what is it called? it's clever. Thanks, please do let me know! :)
Rowe Morehouse
@gvrizzo I purchased the extension. I don't see `"Options" β€Ί "Hover styles" β€Ί "Copy it separately" … it says on website ability to copy hover state. Where is that option in the app? thanks!
Guilherme Rizzo
@rowemore Hi, Rowe! Thanks :) It's now named "Pseudo-classes and pseudo-elements" instead of "Hover styles". Thanks for the heads up, will update the FAQ on the website!
Guilherme Rizzo
@gvrizzo @rowemore Hi Rowe, did you find it? Please let me know if it works :)
Csaba Kissi

@danirogerc Sure, Daniel! Keep using it and I'll keep updating it! We are making a 10 FREE licenses GIVEAWAY on May 16, btw. To participate, just like and RT this tweet (https://twitter.com/gvrizzo/stat...), and good luck! Because you are already a user πŸ™Œ, if you win, you’ll get DOUBLE licenses

Aaron O'Leary
@gvrizzo whats new in this update? 🌌
Guilherme Rizzo
@aaronoleary Hey Aaron! Thanks for asking it :) Since the first launch, I've added: + Code syntax highlighting + Show rendered font + Show element dimensions + Option to pin the box + Shortcuts (Lots of people asked) + Option to move the UI buttons to the bottom + Option to pause the scanner + Option to truncate classes names + Show :hover styles separated + Copy :hover styles merged or separated + Traverse the element and scan the parent + Identifies when elements are being overlapped + Now it works on iframes! + More shorthand rules support + i18n: Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Portuguese + Redesign UI and landing page
