The biggest feature is definitely "revealing" hiring Manager's contact info to send them direct notes
In terms of finding the best role for you, there are a few things worth thinking about:
1) do they view success as a cost center or a revenue center? You'll have more power in organizations where success owns upsells, cross sells and renewals.
2) org size. The job is very different in a 10 person company, versus a 50 person company, versus a 500 person company. Come to think of it, we should have this as a filter @yehuda_zahler
If you want to build out the function while owning the full book of business, being the first CSM at a seed or series A firm is a great way to get that experience!
If you're looking for your first CS role, that's probably not a great fit! If it's your first role, consider joining a more mature org so that you can learn the ropes in a supportive environment, and develop a better understanding of how CS works with sales, product, and marketing, along with what you can get from tooling.
3) product maturity. Early stage firms have lumpy offerings and undergo pivots. This creates operational complexity for CS leaders who serve as some of the first customer-facing "product experts" in the firm.

This is going to crush. Great concept. Skipping the queue and cutting out the middle man is a great solution for nimble direct companies that love to move fast. Can't wait to see this grow!
