Here is my analysis from the 1st 2 weeks on the plugin store: First 2 weeks on Plugin Store - Analysis and Insights I built a simple ChatGPT plugin for indoor plants. In 2 weeks, it was viewed 163,000 times, 1,973 people installed it and I'm now getting 50+ queries per day. I haven't seen this sort of growth in an app store since Apple launched their app store. And that too for a silly little plugin about indoor plants. I just submitted 8 more plugins using CustomGPT (in higher traffic niches) to see if this trend can hold. Here are the detailed analysis: # RESULTS Date Range: 2023-06-06 - 2023-06-21 About 163,000 people saw the logo. About 2000 people installed the plugin in the store. Approx 50 queries per day. # INSIGHTS The sheer number of people who installed the plugin (in a tiny niche like indoor plants) was quite a surprise. I've submitted 8 more plugins in higher traffic niches to see the effect. If 200M people are indeed using ChatGPT, it will be interesting to see what happens when the plugins are opened up to the full world (not just ChatGPT Plus users who pay $20/month)
