Super useful! I see a business opportunity here: you could provide this tool as a SaaS to companies. Implement a version for them which basically "overfits" certain traits that are important for a given company's culture/position. This would automate recruiters jobs quite a bit and rate candidates better for a given position!

@zelena Thanks a ton for sharing your feedback. We'll get these notes on our team's radar.

Hey Andrew, CV Compiler seems amazing! GlossaryTech toolbox was great as well! Does CV Compiler check for grammar and spelling mistakes? I come across a lot of tech CVs with grammar and spelling errors.

I just tried it out with some of my candidates and it really makes a difference. I like the part where it shows the score! UX is very intuitive for a such complex product. Great job @stetsenko_me !

What are some of the most common issues with the average tech resume? 🤔
Andrew Stetsenko
@aaronoleary Thanks for your question! We found that many job applications were being rejected without even an interview, because of the resumes. Apparently, 10 seconds is long enough for a recruiter to eliminate many candidates. I'd say the 3 most common issues with the average tech resume are content, content, content. Oftentimes, resumes include just lists of responsibilities. It's rare to see a resume that contains accomplishments instead of duties. The way you describe your product/project, the skills you list (whether they in high demand)... These are only a few 'weak spots' that most tech resumes have.

I can see the target is tech but can you be more specific? Can this help UI/UX designers? Can this help product managers? What about engineers with entrepreneurial background? Thanks in advance.

Looks great! Are you going to extend the tool to cover other non-tech roles?
Andrew Stetsenko
@replyappteam Absolutely! However, it may take some time. We need to market test the current version of CV Compiler first.
Johnny Kartakov
As the the company founder how can I get access to best resumes? 😉
Andrew Stetsenko
@johnny_kartakov A good question) I'd suggest using our other product (Relocate.me) to promote your jobs. Resumes that have been uploaded to CV Compiler are unavailable for employers. However, we might add an option that will enable (tech) companies to be featured/advertise on the CV Compiler site. Stay tuned.
