Hey y'all! I’ve been following Cycle since the beginning, and it's so rad to see Cycle 2.0 a year following their first launch on Product Hunt.
Building products is literally the greatest thing ever, but then you get your first user and you're stuck having to deal with *users*. Gross. Personally, I try to build products with zero users and you'll never have any bugs or issues!
If, on the off chance you do want to build something for actual humans to use, dealing with those users and their feedback is really the whole ballgame. And it's a huge stress point, because you want to spend hours on every piece of actionable feedback and really connect with your customers, but the more time you do that, the less time you have building the damn thing.
That's why I initially invested in Cycle, and that's why I'm so stoked about what they've been building. Support was a big deal when I was at GitHub and GitLab, and ChatOps was no different- that Cycle lets you just react to a Slack message with an emoji and that ties into the original product feedback thread is just... well, *chef's kiss* (actually, why isn't that a real emoji anyway?)

Absolutely massive, really great job on the past months @mboudoukhane and team. The product got soo freaking clean and polished, but more importantly the value prop is so much clearer than in the past, when you land on the app, the dots connect in your mind instantly.

This looks like it might be a fantastic addition to my toolbox and a well-balanced solution for working with feedback and all the steps related to it. However, the website is entirely overwhelming. I'm trying to understand the product, but instead of some good videos or good overviews, it's just animations all over the place and snippets of what the product is. I tried to get a grasp of the whole picture and gave up. The fact that I'm writing this should be considered a signal that I'm intrigued, but I don't know when I'll have the energy to try and grasp this product again.

@zachary_dewitt Thank you so much! The killer use case is closing the feedback loop at each release! People love it because it creates transparency and engagement. Cycle is the only product in the market that truly helps teams close the loop with their customers :-)
@sentry_co slack is just one of the sources we support, you can actually send feedback from many sources into Cycle. Once there you can link it to your delivery workflow and get notified in slack (or any other source) whenever the feature has been shipped :)
In Slack, you can either use the shortcut, the command, the reactji or even the channel automations to collect the feedback, what suits you best!
@sentry_co Google forms in Slack is a great way to describe it! We made capturing feedback from super fast. But you can also connect other sources like your support tool, your CRM or even Zapier to connect to any kind of feedback form. All of your product feedback, all in one place.
