@gil_perry so cool! chatting live with the model adds such a unique feel to interacting with AI. Have you thought about expanding the app to be compatible with other video conferencing tools like Google Meet or Zoom? Would love to not have to take meetings any more hahaha

UI tip, it would be awesome if the voice message would send automatically instead of having to click the send button. Kinda kills the flow and feeling of you speaking to someone. Also would be great for a push to talk option for really immersive type interaction.

Kudos for folks at D-ID for pushing the envelope, generating voice at speed is one thing, but doing it together with a video, that speaks? And answers with chatGPT ? Incredible! Having cobbled together a version of this before myself, I know how hard it takes to make it seamless! Great launch!

Very cool and very expensive :) We want to use it in our app, but it's pretty expensive for our subscription price.
How soon do you will be able to do this 10 times cheaper? And is stopping you from doing it now?
I assume soon more companies will launch similar products

I've used D-ID for video creation, it's so realistic. It's great to see the same technology used for chat! It's equally realistic, and amazing how fast the video is rendered to keep up with the chat in real time.

Hmmm. You say now keyboard but I only see chat input on desktop and on mobile. Only chatting, by text. Mic button is disabled. How to talk?

Interested to know if you've got any plans for partnerships with hardware manufacturers (Smart fridges, car displays etc.) in the future. This product will really shine there (with a little voice recognition).

I had fun trying out chat.D-ID and appreciated how model asks if you're still there, 😀 The first thing to come to my mind while playing around was that it would be even more amazing if the model could sing or use different intonations while answering. Excited to see the new features you have in store for us!
