When you say "train your bots" Are you referring to setting the system prompt? Or is there any specific training or fine-tuning done per-client? Also, in terms of the external searches, are these used as query tools or do you create an indexed copy of the content to search through? For this latter question, what do you do to ensure permissions and roles are not infringed when retrieving information? Thanks, and great work!
