I'm super excited to reveal the launch Delibr AI! Before this, to simplify, Delibr was a tool that helped product managers write really good PRDs, with decision facilitation, two-way Jira sync and other goodies. Now we are making two really big changes: (1) an AI assistant and (2) support across the PM process. 1) We are bringing a deep integration with the GPT3 (the engine behind ChatGPT by OpenAI). Of all the tools we have seen we think ours is one of the best set up to let our users benefit from GPT3. Based on our collaboration and research with >500 PMs we have created different templates that are adapted to the AI, so that PMs can get give a few pointers and get a whole document written. Users can get AI help not only to generate different kinds of content, but also to get feedback on, revise, summarize, and extract insights from existing content. They can also get a quick writeups of other documents, for example executive summary, a draft help center article, etc etc. 2) We are extending the scope of our product to not only cover feature documents and the "downstream" work from the point when a decision to build a feature has been made. We now also cover "upstream" work, the work to figure out what feature to build. Both the "reactive" flow of receiving an prioritizing feedback, and the "proactive" flow of doing discovery with interviews and insights structured on an opportunity solution tree. And also roadmaps, both timelines and now-next-later boards. Many PMs have told us that they miss a good setup that can be the single source of truth all the way from strategy, to discovery, refinement and into development, and that this is what they have been looking for. All-in-all, we believe this will be a game changer for product managers! Don't be a stranger, get in contact - we love engaging with the product community!
