I work in the office of 60+ employees and during our everyday life we often meet and discuss. I personally use Delibroom app on my iPhone and dedicate around 30 seconds to book the meeting room needed. The only thing that's annoying me is that my room can be booked already. That's a pity and we definitely need more office space.
It's funny, but every meeting I need to attend I feel nervous 'cause I don't know how the conversations will develop. Moreover before applying this tool I used to tell everyone sort of 'I've already booked this room for 30 minute or so'. This added irritation during the pre-meeting time. So, when our team decided to apply the booking room app I was all hands up.
