Howdy! We just rolled out the biggest update to Delighted ever, a new way to gather feedback on your website (and via SMS). Delighted Web makes easy to gather feedback directly on your website or in your web app. You can gather feedback from visitors even if you don’t know their email address or send through email and other metadata from the page to be stored with the feedback. All you need to do is add our JS snippet you add to your page to start gathering feedback. Happy to answer any questions!
