This is both the story of the 1893 World's Fair and one of the first known serial killer. It is a tough book to put down because you are oscillate between fact and fiction, research and detailed, harrowing storytelling, Erik Larson has done an amazing job of keeping the reader hooked on newly discovered history and the thrills of the best fiction.
