Interesting. Seems like marketing automation for people who can't code well/companies without a developer? Why wouldn't I use another marketing automation service and just dump the leads via an API request rather than use my inbox to parse them?

Never tried it but it totally makes sense to me. Getting data out of inbound emails is always a bitch and time consuming. I'll have to give it a try at some point.
