Origin of the idea: Whenever i searched in apple app store for product hunt i can only find 3 apps and one games. So i tried the official Product hunt app and it is awesome. You can do everything on the app but after apple releasing iOS 8 and i found official product hunt app missing something and it gave me a idea for creating this "PH widget". Key Feature: widget(today extension) is one of the cool features which was released as part of iOS 8. Instead of opening the app every time just to check the status or something, now you can see the relevant things from you notification centre itself. even in lock screen just swipe down from top and add widgets by your choice. I always use the web site to know what is on top (which product has high scores). So instead of opening the app every time i just need to see what is on top for today if i liked the product and want to see more one click it will open the main app to see more details. What is next? personally i love to see how much a product got a opening/branding in social media. So it would be better if the app shows particular product link shared how much in all the social networks.
