i think docracy is positioning itself as an open-library of documents to help make the process less expensive, and less confusing (ultimately, simpler and easier) than it has been historically. signing the document(s) seems to just be the last step.

hellosign seems built more for signing, specifically.
feature vs product i guess? that said, i have no first-hand experience using either yet. Docracy seems like Shake and Hellosign got together and had a baby.
@lylemckeany i think of docusign similarly to hellosign. i have docusign on my iPad to sign docs. there's definitely opportunity in the space. i feel like there's a lot of opportunity for the space to specialize. right now, there's a lot of "lowest-common-demoninator" type products.
