I just learned that Docracy is closing shop in several days. Now I need to find a service with HALF the awesomeness. *SAD FACE*

looks sweet, any thoughts vs hellosign?

i think docracy is positioning itself as an open-library of documents to help make the process less expensive, and less confusing (ultimately, simpler and easier) than it has been historically. signing the document(s) seems to just be the last step. a feature of docracy's product, rather than the product itself. hellosign seems built more for signing, specifically. feature vs product i guess? that said, i have no first-hand experience using either yet. Docracy seems like Shake and Hellosign got together and had a baby.

thanks!

What about the difference from DocuSign? My parents are in real estate and DocuSign is pretty widely used by all their colleagues.

@lylemckeany i think of docusign similarly to hellosign. i have docusign on my iPad to sign docs. there's definitely opportunity in the space. i feel like there's a lot of opportunity for the space to specialize. right now, there's a lot of "lowest-common-demoninator" type products.

Also Contractually in this space, which integrates with HelloSign, I believe. http://www.contractual.ly/
