Our goal is to simplify buyer-seller collaboration by centralizing all deal-related content in one shareable room. We have customers who run software development agencies and use our product to create Mutual Action Plans with their clients, making collaboration more transparent and efficient. @romanopravdic Romano, this is for you. Why? Your cycles are longer than a month if you are in the service business, and sometimes even 12 months. Why don't you create a room for every one of your ICPs? I used to do a lot of Service (R&D) sales 10 years ago, and it was always challenging as these are heavily relationship-driven businesses. This could speed up the sales.

You can arrange them in any way your business processes requires. Currently we support the following workflow actions: Generate Document Generate Webform Prefill Document Create Party Send Webform for Input Send Email Send for Approval Send for Signing Create Notification Create Task Set Delay

@vedranrasic @aktiv Thanks Dan! You can create a custom webform and use it as part of the deal room or stand alone, each time the user submits the form we count that as a Request Form Submission. You can attach workflow to execute after the form is submitted, but there are also other ways to trigger it, for example only when specific document gets signed, approved etc. Yes, these limits are recurring monthly.
