Docular keeps your knowledge base healthy by automatically sending notifications to relevant team members about articles that need to be kept up to date and relevant.
Hello fellow Product Hunters π
I, along with my good friend Loris, have just released Docular, a web app built to help you keep your knowledge base up-to-date.
We work with product companies that grow and change rapidly. Publicly-facing and internal knowledge base articles, as well as support documentation, can get outdated quite often, whether due to changing user interfaces, feature alterations, or organizational processes.
And given a big-enough product and team, keeping track of documentation changes, as well as who is responsible for them, becomes increasingly difficult. So we decided to offer a solution.
We've started with something intentionally small and specific: assigning documentation champions to Notion articles and automatically sending them reminders.
Notion is used by a lot of teams, and their new API gave us a great starting point to build a basic product that delivers value to customers.
We plan on expanding to most of the popular support and knowledge base software, such as Freshdesk, Crisp, and Help Scout. As well as adding plenty more features to support teams of different sizes.
Docular is currently free to use while we keep it in beta and gather feedback.
We hope you enjoy it.
