When building Dodo Payments, our team was flooded with feature requests. Without any prioritisation framework, it became very challenging to prioritise features and not get overwhelmed by user requests. To solve this, we internally built a tool to prioritise product framework. Today I am excited to share this tool with everyone! We use RICE framework to help you assess the right prioritisation.
