Its a short book, but tips provided in this book are really useful. Examples if this book helps me a lot in explaining things about usability to my clients.

@eriktorenberg people usually ask me to add 'about us' on home page of their website in a prominent place. It takes a lot of time to convince them that visitors of their website will be more interested in knowing about your services or products, and 'about us' should be at a less prominent place. I sometimes put this book in front of my clients to explain them what usability is, and why its important for their website.
