That's where our biggest value comes in: Lemon Hire set up a strong technical vetting with the engineering manager for almost every technical stack We pair each candidate with an EM interviewer who has 9+ years of experience in the corresponding tech stack. Through 90 minutes of deep tech questions, live coding tests, and code reviews, our tech interviewer validates the candidate’s technical skills. Some developers are seeking a perfect alignment between their goals and preferences remaining in a passive job search mode while working on personal projects or taking extended vacations for a few months. On the other hand, some devs are more income-driven and would prefer to spend just a week or two searching for a suitable opportunity before diving into it right away.

@jonas_gagnon Thank you for the question. After vetting through hundreds of thousands of engineers, we've developed a system that vets out unqualified candidates. Part of vetting is automatic; final steps are online soft stills and hard skills interviews. When you are considering an applicant, ask your manager to share feedback from the recruiter, tech interviewer (usually a team lead with 10+ years of exp) and feedback from previous clients if they worked with us before. Are you hiring atm?
