Love using Doppler - great for teams as small as 2 people & becomes infinitely more necessary the larger your dev team grows. Makes life a whole lot simpler & ensures your secrets stay secret.

Wow, any plans for extending to .Net projects?

We're huge fans of Doppler at Point! It's rare to find a developer centric tool which functions like a high growth consumer product but Doppler certainly fits that bill. The developer ergonomics of Doppler feels like it's working with you than against you, looking at you AWS SSM, and enables us to instill best practices from a security perspective without dedicating internal resources to it. I think Doppler is a no brainer for any new project/company to adopt and even at larger scale companies to reduce the countless hours which are spent on supporting internal tools which Doppler solves out of the box! Congrats @vallelungabrian and the whole Doppler team on this launch!

Congrats on the public launch, Brian and team! We at Intersect Labs have been using Doppler for a few months now, and it seems like a complete no-brainer. Before Doppler we had a very convoluted process of managing secrets. Long story short, it would take us an insane amount of time to update secrets, and if we missed 1 out of the 7 steps, we would have to regenerate all secrets. With Doppler, that's a thing of past. We have updated secrets, added secrets, given granular access, and it's all seamless! DevOps and I sleep easy at night knowing that everything is secure.

Fantastic dev tool, it’s a no brained for secrets management!

This concept is very nice but its a major security fear to ask compaines to share their production secret keys with Doppler. In some projects we dont even share the production keys with the dev team. Maybe you can add a one time encryption mechanism to avoid this security issue.

One of our favorite developer tools is Doppler! We love them because any member of the team can quickly switch environments to different servers to debug issues quickly.

Our team started using Doppler about a month ago, when sharing .env files across three engineers became untenable. Onboarding was extremely simple, and I would even say, enjoyable. Awesome tool!
