@anvisha_pai It definitely changes from a combination of notion zapier, hubspot and a mesh of tools! It streamlines the process and makes it seamless so recruiters can finally focus on the main task, finding the right fit for the company. Right on Dover, yet another great product!
We've been working with Dover since the beginning and they've always put out killer products with an awesome customer facing team. They particularly design with Founders in mind. We've always had to use Lever for an ATS which is good but felt like overkill for what we needed... super excited to try this new product and really excited about the prospect of Dover becoming an all in one recruiting platform!

Congrats on the launch! We were looking for ATS's last year but all the big names were way too expensive for our size, so we settled on using Excel to track our hiring process. Excited to try this out and get rid of excel!

@brishin yes! This is IMO one of the best features right now in a time when SO many amazing candidates are on the market. it also helps companies actually respond to all of the applicants!

We believe anyone should be able to run a high performing process, not limited to those who've done it 1000 times before. Dover makes it seamless.

But on the GTM side, it's been figuring out the right messaging to highlight the most relevant value prop of the many that the ATS solves for.
It's only once a while when ProductHunt gives actual nice and usable product. I really liked the platform. For now, it's giving me some front end errors. But I hope that will not be the case in future.
I’m a recruiting and systems nerd. I’ve seen a sneak park of Dover and although I’ve used very mature and startup centric Ats products I’m going to have a really hard time justifying those other systems in future companies and budgets when Dover is offering such a powerful and straight forward tool this is the heart/brains of any hiring operation.
I’ve actually used Dovers ATS and other functions and I can say they’re changing the game from a system AND budget perspective with quality at unbeatable cost! As for the ATS launch specifically, you can’t beat free when it’s this good out of the gate

Many ATS's are advanced and complex tools that require a lot of configuration and effort to keep it up to date. Teams typically bring in an ATS after they've already hired a recruiter.
We believe that ATS's should be easy for everyone -- not just recruiters. So we built our ATS to be extremely simple and user-friendly.
The same -- we have all the typical tracking features like Kanban boards, scheduling and rejection templates and scorecards.
looks like a huge feature set for a free product. Be interesting to know what the monetisation model is for this. Worth a shot obviously, for anyone who is looking to upgrade ATS
