What’s new in Drag? Today’s release is the culmination of three years of feedback - it's a complete overhaul. We have built a better way to control teamwork giving email-focused teams, control of their work in one tool, one place and one way. In Gmail.

I love Drag. In an era where we need 10 browser tabs or mobile apps to do our jobs, it's nice to be able to use fewer, better tools.
Duda Bardavid
@richparet thanks for the kind review! :)

Hey everyone, Nick (Co-Founder @ Drag). We wrote our first line of code three years ago to build a tool that improves Gmail for individuals. Fast forward to today and we are building a tool that gives email-focused teams control of their work in one tool, one place and one way. We believe that there is a right way and a wrong way to control teamwork. Email-focused teams get pulled in different directions when they use lots of extra tools. They create different ways of working across the business. - They do not need lots of tools - They do not want to leave email - They do not want many ways to do the same thing Teams work best, united. Today's release does just that. It unites teams inside Gmail, to run their business across sales + support to marketing + project management in one clear, simple way. This isn't for everyone. But we do believe there is a big market exhausted with managing lots of tools, context switching out of email and forever creating new processes. We also think differently about pricing - it's $99 per month, company-wide (includes every feature, no user / month costs, no increased cost as your company grows). With all of this in mind, we release our latest and greatest version of Drag, today. I would love you to install Drag, in two clicks and try. We welcome feedback and the team will be available throughout the day to answer all of your questions :) Thanks Nick

Richard Mulholland
Hiya. Nice, how does this differ from sortd though?
Nick Timms
@richard_mulholland Hey Richard, we created this so that users can understand the differences: https://www.dragapp.com/sortd-al... In lots of cases Sortd may be a better fit for users.

Looks good but you need to fix the line height on your page titles. The text is running into each other.

I started working with Drag two weeks ago and subscribed at the end of the free trial period - first it was quite irritating to see the mailbox sorted like a scrum board but after a while I figured out how to use Drag in a way that enhances it best for me. So far I started three Drag Boards - features I love the most: tasks and notes, drag & drop for prioritising, color picker and the possibility to invite others. So far I didn't try the "group version" but I imagine that's really great for teamwork - especially within remote teams.
Duda Bardavid
@programcat_r great to hear you are enjoying it Susanne! Thanks for the feedback.

I have been using Dragg since 2018, it continually gets better and better. This latest release is steller! I am a project manager and before drag, I was so unorganised, trying to juggle multiple apps like Trello, but the double handling of work was driving me insane... the ability to just drag and email into a kanban coloum in Gmail just saves sooooooo much time. Staying on top of all the incoming emails is a breeze now. Other cool bits the ability to set priorities and add notes and manage collaborative boards across the whole team. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

To be able to work within my email environment and create a shared, organized and optimized pipeline through Drag is just mind blowing! I don't use anything else for a more efficient workflow, I just live and love inside my email :)
Shay Stibelman
Wow what a great idea! No more hunting around (pun not intended) for a good organizational tool for my projects. It's all right there in the inbox, and excellently made! Ingenious!
Nick Timms
@shay_stibelman Haha, thanks Shay. Thanks so much for kind comment :)
Christoph Fries
Drag is the one Gmail application that saves us from using a bunch of external tools. Our team manages tasks, todos, notes, trello style lists just inside Gmail.
Duda Bardavid
@christoph_fries thanks, Christoph, great to hear!

Love this! Best case use for us: We can now manage an inbox without having to log in and out. I also created a column for my assistant so any emails in there - he knows to respond to. Wish it would integrate with Superhuman...that's the interface we use for gmail on mobile.
