@rrhoover Thanks for the question Ryan, first of all, we trying to find shareholders who want to sell shares (early-stage investors, early employees, and other sides). After that, we add all the (verified) data to our platform (and bring it to brokers, banks and possible Buyers). To control this process we use our own protocol (approved by the SEC).
Currently, we finished more than 47 transactions since March. Our next step is to make this opportunity not only for accredited investors, but also for small-size transactions. Working hard on it. BTW, do you have plans to sell your shares? ))))

Interesting, and so many questions. How is the pricing determined at the point of sale, is it an auction model? The seller sets it? Can non-accredited investors buy directly into private companies legally like this?
@lnchoi over the past six months, we finished hundreds of tests and so far have focused on only accredited investors, but no doubt that we can handle this problem to provide platform for everyone. We just need more time for it. It's a very big task and we are going to solve it. The price is based on a variety of factors, including data from the last round and bets (as you noted). Ready to answer any questions.
@victorkoch Oh, you guys should be careful about this. If you haven't asked the author for usage permission, I think you should.
For example, when I saw that image I immediately wonder if any of your web design is original (animejs.com is a well known js library).
