Hi all, Automated roof reports are a big deal for drones as it helps take drone data to the next level by providing answers instead of raising more questions. These reports also solve an immediate problem for the roofing and solar industries by allowing inspectors to keep their boots on the ground. By flying a quick, 10-minute automated drone mission to capture imagery of a structure and then uploading that data to DroneDeploy, you can get 1-click roof reports in PDF and DXF format, derived from point cloud data and within 99.4% accuracy. You can try it for yourself for free by creating a DroneDeploy account and uploading the resulting images of a residential structure (your own house, for example) for processing into our photogrammetry pipeline.
