I feel like Snapchat Lenses are about to do something similar any day now... When they do, I'm not sure people will use this (happy to be wrong about it though!)

@bentossell Astute thought, Ben :) What is a bit different between this and Snapchat, is that with Instant Santa, the santa decorations auto-detect people's faces / heads and then auto-populate the decorations appropriately. On the other hand, Snapchat Filters adds an extra layer of graphics on top of the graphic without taking into account where people's hands or legs or faces are (so the filter ends up potentially blocking the subject of the photo). Snapchat Lenses also requires the user to hold their camera steady to detect the user's face before applying the lens. We can ask @John_Fan (Founder of Pic Collage) for his two cents on this too!
