Too bad the game isn't also designed in stop motion (ClayFighter style!). I saw the movie. It's beautiful.

@rrhoover hah, I'm pretty sure it would become stop-motion if it were ported on the SNES. That's not on the roadmap though ;-)

Wooooohooooo such a great movie. Can't wait to watch it again on iTunes. Love the animation on the game as well.

Hey there hunters! We're very excited to have our debut title featured on Product Hunt! We're a small publishing studio based in SF and Hong Kong that focuses on creating fun and challenging games while using established Hollywood IP. Remember that E.T game that was buried in a landfill? That's absolutely not what we're doing :-) This is our first game, and while it may seem like a 'simple' Match-3 game, we're using a lot of RPG and storytelling elements to make the it fun and addicting. As Optimus would say, there's more to it than meets the eye *cue Linkin Park track* If you haven't seen the movie yet, you should definitely do it, it's a beautiful movie. And the best thing to do during the commercials or while you queue is to download and play our game :-). We'd love to hear your comments on design, difficulty, anything else. Try the game out, have fun, and let us know what you think!
