Hello Everyone, In last few weeks, I discovered that many SMEs / Businesses maintain their operations using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. After having discussions with them, I understood their pain points. It's very hard to manage all the internal operations within Sheets. It is a lot cluttered, and takes time & energy to deal with it. One of the use-case, I came across with Muhammad Saad Zakaria who is running The Organic Valley (E-Commerce Business) using Google Sheets. Following were the core operations managed by them. 1. Customers 2. Orders 3. Products & Inventory 4. Employees Task & Checklist 5. Social Media & Marketing 6. FAQs & SOPs 7. Customer Success, Birthdays, etc. I proposed a custom solution to solve all the above problems using Notion for better management & productivity. In next few weeks, we developed E-Commerce OS v1.0 to solve this. We've kept v1.0 as FREE to serve the SMEs.
