@kate_kovbii Sure, first of all, we use it for our team) My favorite feature is now in beta, and we'll release it soon. It's peer-to-peer feedback for teams.

Love the UI's colors, it is very soft to the eye.

This looks awesome! There's only one small concern I have: what do you do with the data? We write really personal comments in our evaluations.
@between_team hey! thank you for your support! there are 2 ways: 1. you can keep it anonymous and let AI summarize the comments for further conclusions on growth path and performance. 2. make it public and let the reviewee access to every feedback received. It depends on company culture and politics. In both cases, you'll see the analytics report and data summary

Hey @andrey_makhovskyi Congratulations on the launch π Look like a important product for companies in a hyper scaling phase. I had just one question how is this different from OKR and performance review provided by clickup.
@kathan_desai1 thanks for your question. There is no OKR features in Effy, and no performance reviews automation in ClickUp. In Effy you can create a questionnaire, choose participants, and send them reminders... I think you should try it out)
