Hello Product Hunt! What organization doesn’t want to know what their customers think of them or better yet if they would recommend them to a friend? We didn’t create the Net Promotor Score framework, but focused on how can it be improved and democratized. My co-founder Anoop and I spent the past decade learning and teaching various business frameworks in the Ivy-League — first at Harvard as students, and then taught at Wharton and Cornell as professors. Our mission is to bring these fundamental frameworks to everyone, not just to the enterprises who can afford McKinsey and Bain. The NPS is such a simple tool for any business to have. That is why we have brought the first of those to you through Eisengard’s NPS Template. Eisengard is a tool which allows you to build beautiful and complex dashboards as easy as Power Point, in a no-code way to leverage powerful tools including machine learning prediction models & regressions without needing to be a data scientist. Our NPS Template is the first of many which allows the user to leverage a powerful business framework, customize it endlessly, and send it to as many people as you want. Thats right, there’s no cap on how many users per month fill out your survey. And its Free! @manmohit Thank you for the support! Absolutely, we agree that is a great next step. While we don't have it as a part of this basic template, users do have a prediction element available as a customization to your dashboard.

Hey @tornike_tsiramua1, great question! We focused on 2 main things with this version, making it simple and easy to use and hopefully valuable to our users. That is why we are offering it for free with no limits on the number of responses and why there are not more complicated analytics in the dashboard. However, if someone wishes to make it more complex we have that option. There's a library of additional chart types, regressions, a prediction engine, sentiment analysis, and more which users can add to their dashboard

@gtsiramua Thank you! We are excited about bringing AI tools to this too. We are working on a Gen AI chat bot which can be added to your dashboard to query the data. Keep an eye out for it In the near future

@sandhana_arkish that's good question! In the NPS Template the charts have the ability to do simple aggregation by count, average, or sum. However, we also have a feature in Eisengard called the Data Hub which allows you to perform a variety of more complicated analysis, such as merging, aggregation, reshaping, and creating new variables with additional parameters.
